Here’s a quick tip for those using iPhone 2.0 and MobileMe. If you don’t need push turn it off. In my very unscientific anecdotal experimentation having push on drains the battery significantly quicker than with it off. So if you don’t need to have your mail instantly pushed to your phone then go into settings and disable push.
