First Red Cameras Ship
Red’s impressive Red One camera has finally begun shipping. If you haven’t heard about it before, Red One is a 4k digital cinema camera that stands to change everything about the way film and television is made. IT is by far the most film like high definition camera to date, but is only a fraction of the cost of traditional High-Def cameras while offering far superior quality. I expect that in about two years time every major TV show currently shot on either high def or film will be shot with the red one. It’s that much of a game changer.
