Apple Refutes Forrester Claims

Apple has spoken out on the somewhat ludicrous claims by Josh Bernoff that iTunes sales were declining. Without any accurate data he simply based his claims on analysis of circumstantial evidence. Among which is the disturbing claim of a “proprietary analysis of 2,000 US credit card statements”. Far be it from me to point out the obvious, but where exactly did he get 2,000 credit card statements. Who in their right mind gave someone access to their financial data? Anyway, hopefully Apple’s rebuttal will put this story to bed.
